For a filling breakfast recipe that you'll feel good about eating, turn to these low fat wraps packed with protein-rich, great-tasting Canadian Bacon.

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

ingredients
1 1/2 cups liquid egg substitute
10 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, diced
1/3 cup salsa or picante sauce
4 low fat or fat free 6" - 8" flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Beat together egg substitute, Canadian Bacon and salsa. 

Pour mixture into skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are desired consistency.

Spoon mixture onto warm tortillas; top with cheese, and cilantro, if desired.

Wrap up burrito style.
