It doesn't get easier than this low-carb breakfast scramble. Savory Jones breakfast sausages add tons of flavor and protein while salsa adds a spicy kick.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Links.

ANGB Pork Link 7 oz
ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
8 large eggs
8 Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown Pork Sausage Links, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/3 cup salsa or picante sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.

In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, sausage and salsa. Pour mixture into hot skillet.

Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are desired consistency.

Spoon mixture onto warm serving plates; top with cheese, and cilantro, if desired.
