This candied bacon combines subtly smoky Jones bacon with sweet maple syrup for a crunchy treat like no other. Enjoy as a garnish or on their own.

This recipe is made with Jones Dry Aged Bacon.

8 oz CW Bacon
ingredients
12 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
1 cup Wisconsin maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place bacon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and roast in the oven until it is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.

Remove bacon from oven and remove from pan and onto paper towels. Blot the fat off.

In a large bowl, toss the bacon in maple syrup. After pouring off the excess fat, place the maple-coated bacon back onto the pan.

Roast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the sugar begins to slightly boil.

Remove from oven and pan; allowing to cool for about 10 minutes.
