Like a clambake in the Northeast, Low Country Boil is great for feeding a crowd. This version uses shrimp, corn, red potatoes and Jones breakfast sausage.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Links

ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Little Links
3 ounces cajun seafood seasoning
2 lemons, halved
2 onions, quartered and unpeeled
2 lbs red potatoes
6 ears corn, halved
3 lbs large shrimp, unpeeled
DIRECTIONS
Prepare sausage according to package directions. Fill a large stock pot or dutch oven with 3 quarts water, add cajun seasoning, lemons, onions and bring to a boil.

Add potatoes and let cook 15 minutes or until tender. Add sausage and corn; boil 10 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn light pink. Once shrimp are cooked, strain liquid from pot and serve.
