Packed with ground venison, all-natural pork sausage and grated parmesan cheese, your family will love this twist on a classic meatloaf recipe. Recipe featured on Dan Small Outdoors Radio, Wisconsin’s #1 Outdoor Radio Show.
This recipe is made with a Jones All Natural Roll Sausage.
In medium sauté pan, add butter, onions, celery and carrots with pinch of salt on low heat until vegetables are soft.
In bowl mix venison, sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire, cheese, thyme and vegetables. Form into loaf or place in greased loaf pan.
Pre-heat oven to 350˚F and bake for 45 minutes or until internal is 160˚F. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
