Save oven space by going directly from the stovetop to tabletop with this easy holiday favorite side dish featuring sausage and sweet potatoes.

This recipe is made with a Jones All Natural Roll Sausage.

ingredients
1 12 oz Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 dried cranberries
1 1/2 chicken or vegetable stock
1 teaspoon dried, rubbed sage
1 teaspoon cracked rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
4 cups store-bought seasoned stuffing mix
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In extra large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat. Use spatula to crumble. With slotted spoon, transfer sausage to large bowl. 

Reserve tablespoon of leftover grease from sausage. In same skillet, add sweet potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Sauté 7-9 minutes, until tender. With slotted spoon, transfer to same bowl as sausage. 

Add onions, garlic and celery to skillet. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add to bowl with sausage and sweet potatoes. Add parsley and dried cranberries to bowl. Toss gently to combine. 

Add chicken or vegetable broth to skillet along with dried sage, rosemary and thyme. Bring to boil. Stir in stuffing mixture. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
