Made with a muffin tin, these bite-size appetizers are packed with lots of cheese and naturally smoked Canadian Bacon.

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

ingredients
8 ounces elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten
6 ounces milk
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch ground black pepper
10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, divided reserving 2 ounces to sprinkle on top
6 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, finely chopped
 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F. 

Bring large pot of salted water to a boil; cook macaroni until tender; drain. Return to pot, add butter and cook over low heat until butter melts. Toss to coat. 

Whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into macaroni. Add 8 ounces cheese, a handful at a time, stirring until melted after each addition. Stir in Canadian bacon and remove from heat. Allow to cool completely.

Coat 12 cup nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide macaroni between cups and sprinkle tops with remaining cheese. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until just starting to brown. Let cool in cups for 5 minutes before removing.
