Made with Greek yogurt, creamy gouda and smoky Canadian Bacon, our savory version of overnight oats is topped with an egg and avocado.

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, diced
1 egg, fried
1 avocado, sliced
1 green onion, sliced
 
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, stir together milk, yogurt, salt, cheese, oats and Canadian Bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

The next day, place bowl in microwave and cook until warmed through; about 2 minutes.

Serve with a fried egg, sliced avocado and green onion and enjoy.
