Canadian Bacon makes the perfect crust for these quick and easy pizza cups. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings and enjoy this low carb and gluten free treat.

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

18 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup 6-cheese Italian blend
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pizza toppings of choice: diced sweet peppers, black olive slices, pineapple tidbits, cooked and diced Jones Cherrywood Smoked Dry Aged Bacon, etc.
Grated parmesan cheese, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray standard size muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.

Place 3 slices in one muffin cup, overlapping slightly to create a 3-leaf clover shape. Repeat in 5 additional muffin cups to create 6 total “crusts”.

Divide pizza sauce, cheese and toppings evenly among cups. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from tins.

Sprinkle pizza cups with grated parmesan, if desired, and serve hot.
