These individual size pizzas are certain to become your family’s new lunch or snack time favorite. Make by the dozen and freeze for a grab and go ease you’ll love.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Patties.

ANGB Pork Patty 7 oz
ingredients
12 Jones Fully Cooked All Natural Golden® Brown Sausage Patties
6 English muffins or mini bagels, split in half 
2 12 ounce cans prepared pizza sauce
24 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Vegetable toppings of choice (diced green peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
Place bagel or English muffin halves cut side up on baking sheet. Toast under oven broiler 2 minutes or until lightly brown. Do not burn. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350˚F.  Warm sausage patties 10-15 minutes. Set aside.  

To assemble pizzas, lay toasted English muffin or bagel halves on baking pan. Top with teaspoon of pizza sauce, partially baked sausage patty, additional spoon of sauce, toppings and cheese. 

Bake approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.  

Serve immediately or let cool. Wrap pizza individually in sandwich bag or waxed paper. Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months. 

When ready to eat, reheat in microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or in moderate oven until hot throughout.
