Wake to the wonderful aroma of warm breakfast sandwiches made with your slow cooker and favorite breakfast meats.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Patties.

ANGB Pork Patty 7 oz
ingredients
6 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped veggies of choice (red onions, red and green peppers, seeded tomatoes, etc.)
6 English muffins or bagels, or 12 slices of bread of choice
6 slices of cheese of choice
6 precooked sausage patties
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Mayonnaise, mustard or butter to taste
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper. Heat skillet over medium heat. Melt butter. Add vegetables of choice. Sauté vegetables 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour eggs on top of vegetables. Cook approximately 5-7 minutes. Carefully lift edges, tipping skillet so uncooked egg from top moves to bottom. Cover skillet to help cook top of eggs. When eggs are cooked, remove from heat. Cut into 6 pieces. Use top of drinking glass or circular cookie cutter for rounded shape.

While eggs are cooking, toast the bread.

To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom half of English muffin, bagel or slice of bread with sausage patty, cheese slice and egg cup. Add additional breakfast meats if desired. Place top half of muffin/bagel/bread over sandwich. Wrap finished sandwich with foil. Layer in slow cooker. Set to low. Cook 4 to 6 hours or until sandwiches reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. 

Serve with mayonnaise, mustard or butter on the side. 

Substitutions: Replace or augment sausage patties with 12 slices of ham, Canadian bacon or cooked bacon.
