Inspired by the flavors and textures at an artisanal deli, these sandwiches are perfect for entertaining. The best part? They’re ready in just 15 minutes.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Pork Chorizo Patties.

6 oz. ANGB Chorizo Patty
ingredients
12 slices ciabatta bread
1 (7 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Sausage Patties, thawed
Handful arugula
3 ounces brie, or more to taste
6-12 slices prosciutto
1 apple, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons fig preserves
DIRECTIONS
Cut ciabatta slices in half, spread each half with brie. Toast in toaster oven or broil in oven until bread is slightly golden and cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, heat sausage patties in skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until slightly browned and heated through.

Top one half of each bread slice with sausage, arugula, apple slices, prosciutto and roughly a half tablespoon fig preserves. Top with remaining bread slices and enjoy.

Recipe can be easily multiplied to make as an appetizer, or served open face.
