Served on a toasted English muffin, this cheesy turkey sausage sandwich is perfect any time of day.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Turkey Patties.

Sandwich Turkey Patty 5 oz
ingredients
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh chives, chopped, to taste
1/4 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
Spring mix lettuce, to taste
1 english muffin, toasted
Butter, optional
1 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Breakfast Sausage Patty, heated
DIRECTIONS
Beat egg with salt, pepper and chives until blended.

Heat 8-inch nonstick pan to low heat. Pour egg into pan and move pan around until the bottom is evenly coated with egg; the omelet will be thin, almost like a crepe. Cook over low heat until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese and lettuce on top. Using a spatula, gently fold omelet into fourths.

Place folded omelet onto warmed and buttered english muffin and top with sausage patty.
