Rather than a traditional glaze, this Jones ham recipe spices things up with peppers, then cools them down with bananas.

This recipe is made with Jones Fully Cooked Ham.

Ham Bone In Fully Cooked
ingredients
20 habanero peppers, stems removed
2 bananas
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 small onion
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 Jones Dairy Farm Bone-In Ham
DIRECTIONS
Combine habanero peppers, bananas, garlic, cilantro, onion and vinegar in bowl of food processor. Process until smooth; season with salt and pepper.

Poke holes in ham and cover with sauce; refrigerate 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 250°F. Place ham in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and baste ham with pan juices. Increase oven temperature to 325°F and cook 2 more hours until ham is cooked through.
