8 oz Ham Slices

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Slices.

Ham and cheese is a classic combination. Amp it up for the big game with the smoky flavor of Jones ham and cheddar, neatly wrapped in a crescent roll.

 Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:

ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, diced
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 packages refrigerated crescent roll sheets
2 tablespoons poppy or sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together ham, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper; set aside.

Unroll crescent roll sheets and cut into 8 squares. Then cut each square diagonally into a triangle. Each sheet should yield 16 triangles. Place a dollop of filling on the long edge of each triangle and roll up. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature with favorite dipping sauce.
