Enjoy the delicious island flavors of this sweet and spicy ham pressure cooked to perfection. 

This recipe is made with Jones Boneless Ham.

Family Ham Half
ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Whole Family Ham, approximately 5 pounds
6 cups pineapple juice
2 stalks of celery, coarsely chopped
4 to 6 chile peppers, depending on spice level of the chilies
1 onion, quartered
4 cloves garlic, lightly crushed 
1 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, divided
1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup chili jam 
DIRECTIONS
Remove ham from packaging and place in Instant Pot. 

Combine pineapple juice, celery, chilies, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon allspice and pour over ham in Instant Pot. 

Lock cover in place. Pressure cook on high for 40 minutes.  

While the ham is cooking prepare the glaze ingredients.

Mix together remaining allspice, ginger, molasses and chili jam in small bowl and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Naturally release pressure and once the Instant Pot is safely unlocked, remove the lid. Using a meat lifter or large forks, transfer ham into oven proof-baking dish, lined with parchment paper. 

Slather ham with glaze and bake for 10-20 minutes until bubbling and lightly browned.  

Allow ham to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
