A glaze made of minced ginger, mango chutney and fresh orange juice is an exciting way to highlight the natural smokiness of your favorite Jones ham.

This recipe is made with Jones Boneless Ham.

Family Ham Half
ingredients
1 Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Ham
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
8.5 ounces mango chutney
Zest of one orange
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300˚F.

Unwrap ham and place in large roasting pan lined with heavy-duty foil. Score fat layer, if desired.

Place remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour about 1/2 of mixture evenly over top of ham (glaze will melt and spread as it cooks).

Bake 1 hour. Spread remaining glaze mixture on top of ham.

Continue to bake until internal temperature of ham reaches 140˚F, about 1 1/2 hours.

Transfer to carving board. Let stand at least 5 minutes before carving into slices.
