1/2 cup shredded Wisconsin Parmesan or Asiago cheese (or cut into thin shavings with vegetable peeler)
1 medium cucumber, seeded and coursely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup bottled garlic-herb vinaigrette salad dressing
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves (optional)
