This gluten-free side dish is packed with big flavors. The natural smokiness of the Jones ham complements the fresh flavors of the crisp veggies.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Steaks.

7 oz Ham Steak
ingredients
1 1/2 cups Jones Dairy Farm Dainty Ham or Ham Steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (15 oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
1/2 cup Wisconsin aged provolone cheese, diced 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded Wisconsin Parmesan or Asiago cheese (or cut into thin shavings with vegetable peeler)
1 medium cucumber, seeded and coursely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup bottled garlic-herb vinaigrette salad dressing
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well and serve.
