
Sausage Balls with Apricot Mustard Dipping Sauce
A bright, citrusy apricot dipping sauce is the perfect complement to rich Jones Dairy Farm breakfast sausage meatballs. Perfect for game day or your next party.

Ingredients
2 cups | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | Pepper |
2 teaspoons | Baking Powder |
2 cups | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated |
1/2 cup | Onion, finely diced |
1 (16 oz) | |
1 teaspoon | Thyme Leaves |
1/4 cup | Milk |
1 cup | Apricot Preserves (for dipping sauce) |
1/3 cup | Dijon Mustard (for dipping sauce) |
1 teaspoon | Thyme Leaves (for dipping sauce) |

Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

In bowl of electric mixer, add flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, cheese, onion, sausage, thyme and milk. Mix until everything is combined.

Roll into small balls, approximately 1 tablespoon in size, and place on foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and brown.

To make dipping sauce, mix together apricot preserves, mustard and thyme in small bowl. Serve alongside sausage balls.
