Jones Dairy Farm Pork Sausage Patties

1 lbs., 9 oz.

scrambled eggs, precooked

25 slices

whole grain white Pullman bread

3 lbs., 2 oz.

frozen guacamole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook sausage patties in oven on sheet pan for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Cook scrambled eggs in steamer for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Place bread in oven and toast for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Assemble avocado toast: Spread 2 oz. of guacamole on each slice of toast, top with 1 sausage patty, and top with 1 oz. of scrambled eggs. Serve 1 toast per student.
