Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Chorizo Sausage Patties

1 qt., 1 pt., 1/4 c.

iceberg lettuce

10″ flour and corn tortillas

1 1/2 c., 1 tbsp.

mild salsa

1 lb., 9 oz.

low sodium cheese, cheddar or colby

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place chorizo patties on a parchment-lined sheet pan and heat for 8–10 minutes, until hot (165°F).

  3. Wash and shred lettuce.

  4. Warm tortillas on a griddle or in a hot holding cabinet until soft and pliable.

  5. Assemble burritos: Place 1 tortilla on a clean surface, add two hot chorizo patties, top with 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup shredded lettuce, and 1 tablespoon salsa, fold sides in and roll tightly.

     

    Optional: Serve with a 2 oz. cup of Southwest Ranch or Chipotle Ranch dressing.
