
Southwest Chicken Chorizo Burrito

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place chorizo patties on a parchment-lined sheet pan and heat for 8–10 minutes, until hot (165°F).

Wash and shred lettuce.

Warm tortillas on a griddle or in a hot holding cabinet until soft and pliable.

Assemble burritos: Place 1 tortilla on a clean surface, add two hot chorizo patties, top with 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup shredded lettuce, and 1 tablespoon salsa, fold sides in and roll tightly.
Optional: Serve with a 2 oz. cup of Southwest Ranch or Chipotle Ranch dressing.
