Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever Chicken Meatballs

8 ounces

feta, crumbled

3/4 cup

Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons

olive oil

1 clove

garlic

Juice & zest of lemon

2 tablespoons

crushed pistachios

1 tablespoon

minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Prepare meatballs according to package instructions.

  2. Combine feta, yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and garlic in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add dip to serving bowl and top with additional olive oil, crushed pistachios and parsley.
