Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Cherrywood Smoked Bacon Slices

1/4 cup

Packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon

Everything seasoning blend


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds (approximately 3 inches long).

  3. Prep a baking sheet wire rack and place bacon pieces on the tray.

  4. Place tray in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.

  5. After 10 minutes, remove the tray from the oven. Top each bacon piece with a coating of brown sugar. Then sprinkle everything seasoning blend over the brown sugar layer.

  6. Place the prepared bacon slices back into the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

  7. Remove the tray from the oven, check the color and consistency of the candy on each of the bacon slices and cook longer if need be.

  8. Remove from oven and cool slightly prior to serving.

  9. Serve alongside your favorite smoked salmon or vegetable cream cheese dip.
