Ham & Cheese Stuffed Biscuits
A Two-Step Breakfast Handheld Built for Volume
Jones Hickory Smoked Ham, melted Swiss cheese, and a savory blend of mustard, butter, green onion, and poppy seeds baked right inside a tender biscuit. Twelve servings, two steps, and a handheld that works as well on a grab-and-go rack as it does on a breakfast buffet line.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Hickory Smoked Ham, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 12 baking powder biscuits, 4″ in diameter, split in half horizontally
- 12 slices Swiss cheese, 4″ squares
Directions
Combine ham, onion, poppy seed, butter and mustard. Divide mixture evenly on bottom half of biscuits. Top each with a cheese square. Cover with top of biscuit.
Place sandwiches on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Do not seal edges.
