Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, diced

1 1/2 tablespoons

Chopped Green Onions

1 1/2 teaspoons

Poppy Seeds

1 1/2 tablespoons

Butter or Margarine, softened

1 tablespoon

Prepared Mustard


Baking Powder Biscuits, 4″ in diameter, split in half horizontally

12 slices 

Swiss Cheese, 4″ squares


  1. Combine ham, onion, poppy seed, butter and mustard. Divide mixture evenly on bottom half of biscuits. Top each with a cheese square. Cover with top of biscuit.

  2. Place sandwiches on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Do not seal edges.
