1 tablespoon | Olive Oil |
1 cup | Onion, chopped |
2 | Red Bell Peppers, diced |
2 | Green Bell Peppers, diced |
4 | Cloves Garlic, minced |
12 | Jones Dairy Farm Four Pepper Chicken Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch slices |
4 cups | Marinara or Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
Cooked Pasta or Polenta as needed |

Chopped Fresh Basil as needed |

Grated Parmesan Cheese as needed |

Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers and garlic; sauté 10 minutes. Add sausage to pan and sauté 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce and pepper flakes and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For each serving, spoon 2/3 cup sauce over 3 ounces cooked pasta or 2/3 cup cooked polenta. Garnish with basil and cheese.
