Southwest Quiche with Sausage
Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
Medium Onion, chopped
Eggs, lightly beaten
Half and Half
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Artichoke Hearts, canned, drained and chopped
Cream Style Corn, canned
Green Chilies, canned, drained and chopped
Prepared Pastry Shells
Sauté sausage and onion in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Set aside.
Combine eggs and half-and-half. Stir in sausage mixture, cheese, and vegetables. Divide mixture evenly between pastry lined 10″ pie plates.
Bake in preheated 350˚F standard oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
