Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

8 ounces 

Medium Onion, chopped


Eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup

Half and Half

4 ounces 

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

12 ounces 

Artichoke Hearts, canned, drained and chopped

16 ounces 

Cream Style Corn, canned

5 ounces 

Green Chilies, canned, drained and chopped


Prepared Pastry Shells


  1. Sauté sausage and onion in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Set aside.

  2. Combine eggs and half-and-half. Stir in sausage mixture, cheese, and vegetables. Divide mixture evenly between pastry lined 10″ pie plates.

  3. Bake in preheated 350˚F standard oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
