Ingredients
6 | Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces |
8 ounces | Medium Onion, chopped |
18 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup | Half and Half |
4 ounces | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
12 ounces | Artichoke Hearts, canned, drained and chopped |
16 ounces | Cream Style Corn, canned |
5 ounces | Green Chilies, canned, drained and chopped |
2 | Prepared Pastry Shells |

Sauté sausage and onion in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Set aside.

Combine eggs and half-and-half. Stir in sausage mixture, cheese, and vegetables. Divide mixture evenly between pastry lined 10″ pie plates.

Bake in preheated 350˚F standard oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
