1/4 cups | Sweet Hot Mustard |
24 slices | Sourdough Bread |
12 slices | Muenster Cheese |

24 | Apples, thinly sliced |
24 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
1 1/2 cups | Low Fat Milk |
1 1/2 cups | Maple Syrup |
Confectioners Sugar |

Directions

For each sandwich: spread 1 teaspoon mustard over one side of one slice of bread. Top with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham, 2 slices apple and second slice of bread.

Combine eggs and milk. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture to coat evenly.

Grill sandwiches on preheated and oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side or until outside of sandwich is golden brown.

Serve each sandwich drizzled with 2 tablespoons maple syrup and sprinkled with confectioners sugar. Garnish each with fresh mint sprig.
