Apples, thinly sliced


Eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups

Low Fat Milk

1 1/2 cups

Maple Syrup

Confectioners Sugar

Fresh Mint Sprigs, optional


  1. For each sandwich: spread 1 teaspoon mustard over one side of one slice of bread. Top with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham, 2 slices apple and second slice of bread.

  2. Combine eggs and milk. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture to coat evenly.

  3. Grill sandwiches on preheated and oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side or until outside of sandwich is golden brown.

  4. Serve each sandwich drizzled with 2 tablespoons maple syrup and sprinkled with confectioners sugar. Garnish each with fresh mint sprig.
