12 large eggs
12 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Sausage Patties
12 english muffins*, split
12 slices cheddar cheese
Real Wisconsin maple syrup
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
*Substitute english muffins with bagels, sandwich thins or mini pancakes.
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Crack eggs into lightly greased muffin tin, scramble each slightly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
While eggs bake, cook sausage patties according to package directions. Prepare english muffins by opening and laying on cutting board or cookie sheet, insides facing up.
Once eggs are cooked, let cool for a few minutes, then remove from muffin tin with spatula.
Assemble sandwiches using one egg, one sausage patty and one slice of cheese per sandwich. Drizzle with maple syrup and place top half of muffin to complete sandwich. Allow to cool until no eggs and sausage patties are no longer hot.
Wrap sandwiches individually in plastic wrap and store in freezer bag. To heat, remove sandwich from plastic wrap and microwave from frozen on microwave safe plate, 1-2 minutes.
