Ingredients

Canola or Vegetable Oil

Red Bell Pepper, cut into short, thin strips

2 cups

Snow Peas, diagonally halved

3 cloves

Garlic, minced

3 cups

Cooked Crown or White Rice, chilled

1 (6.4 oz.) package

Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Ham Slices, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1/4 cup

Wheat Free Organic Tamari Sauce

2 tablespoons

Seasoned Rice Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Optional garnishes: chopped cilantro or green onions, chopped peanuts or cashews

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a 12″ nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and snow peas; stir-fry 3 minutes.

  2. Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add rice and ham; stir-fry until heated through, about 2 minutes.

  4. Combine tamari, vinegar and pepper flakes. Add mixture to skillet; stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated through. Garnish as desired.
