Smoking fresh pork bellies with real cherrywood chips creates bacon that’s slightly sweeter than our hickory smoked varieties. Next, we dry age our Cherrywood Smoked Gluten-Free Bacon, unlike anyone else. The process takes extra time, but it creates an unbeatable flavor we know you’ll love.


Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigeration or microwave.

preparation instructions
Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay bacon stripes on top and cover with another layer of paper towels to prevent spattering.

Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking times to suit your oven and cooking preference.
Fry over medium heat (375°F), turning frequently for 3 to 6 minutes.
Place slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on paper towel.
