Directions

  1. Set-up a three step breading station; prepare seasoned flour by combining the flour and spices in a medium size bowl. Prepare egg wash in medium size bowl by whisking eggs with the water. Prepare panko bread crumbs by pouring in a medium size bowl.

  2. Prep the Canadian Bacon and cheese prior to breading and frying. Cut each cheese slices into quarters. Remove Canadian Bacon slices from the packaging and dab off any moisture with paper towels.

  3. Take one Canadian Bacon slices and stack four quarters of the cheese slices on top and then top the cheese with another Canadian Bacon slice. Set aside and repeat with the remaining slices of Canadian Bacon and cheese slices.

  4. To bread each of the Canadian Bacon cheese stackers, start by dreading into the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg wash and then dredge back into the season flour. Dip again in egg wash and then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Set aside and continue the process with the remainder of the Canadian Bacon and cheese stackers.

  5. In a deep stockpot or in a deep fryer, heat oil to 375F.

  6. Carefully drop one of the panko crusted Canadian bacon cheese stackers into the oil. Add two more. Once the one side is brown and crispy approx. 1-2 minutes, carefully flip the Canadian Bacon cheese stacker over to fry the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
