We care about doing things the right way. And when it comes to our holiday hams, it’s no different. We start by brining ​our semi-boneless ham with high-quality ingredient like the finest premium brown sugar before ​​they're sent to ​​our smokehouse. There, they’re smoked with natural hickory wood chips to create an aroma that’s almost as mouthwatering as the taste.

Like all of our products, we never add artificial preservatives or MSG. And since we use only whole muscles and no binders or fillers, you can feel confident serving our naturally smoked, Certified Gluten-Free hams at any gathering.

To serve hot: Heat 12 to 15 minutes per pound (about 2 1/2 hours) at 300ºF until ham reaches internal temperature of 140ºF.

As a delicious variation, about one-half hour before end of cooking time, score fat in a diamond pattern, insert cloves, and rub with brown sugar moistened with water, ginger ale, or sherry. Heat for an additional 30 minutes at 350ºF.
