Stuffed portabella mushroom caps are a great first course for more formal dining and also work as a side dish.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Slices.

8 oz Ham Slices
ingredients
6 portabella mushroom caps, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 slices Jones Dairy Farm Ham, cut julienne-style or finely diced
6 tablespoons shredded muenster cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Remove stems from mushrooms.

Brush mushroom caps with olive oil.

Top each cap with a mound of ham and shredded cheese.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place on grill, cover, and grill 3 to 4 minutes.
