Fresh Large White Mushrooms or Portobella Mushrooms, rinsed and drained

1 (12 oz)

All Natural Pork Sausage Roll

6 tablespoons

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1 tablespoon

Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.

  2. Prepare sausage according to package directions; drain and crumble.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together prepared sausage and cheese.

  4. Brush mushrooms caps (top and bottom) lightly with olive oil. Heap sausage mixture into mushroom caps.

  5. Place on grill, cover, and grill 5 to 6 minutes.
