Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon

2 tablespoons

Butter, divided

Eggs, beaten

2 slices

Bread

1/4 cup

Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Pan fry Canadian Bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.

  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet; swirl to coat.

  3. Add eggs and tilt pan to coat; cook until eggs are almost set, about 1 minute.

  4. Add two slices of buttered bread, buttered side up; press down slightly.

  5. Use spatula to flip; add cheese and Canadian Bacon.

  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bread is toasted. Fold one side of bread up and over to make a sandwich.
