Directions
Pan fry Canadian Bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet; swirl to coat.
Add eggs and tilt pan to coat; cook until eggs are almost set, about 1 minute.
Add two slices of buttered bread, buttered side up; press down slightly.
Use spatula to flip; add cheese and Canadian Bacon.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bread is toasted. Fold one side of bread up and over to make a sandwich.
