Crescent Rolls

4 teaspoons

Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked crispy and diced

4 teaspoons

Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, diced small

4 tablespoons

Crumbled Goat Cheese


Small Handful Basil Leaves


Large Eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F and line baking sheet with a liner or parchment paper.

  2. Open crescent rolls; separate, keeping 2 together to form a rectangle. Seal by pinching seam together. Roll up sides to create a square. Place prepared squares onto baking sheet.

  3. To each square add 1 teaspoon bacon, 1 teaspoon ham, 1 tablespoon goat cheese and a few fresh basil leaves. Crack one egg into each square.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until eggs are set and crescent is lightly browned.
