1 tablespoon | toasted sesame oil |
1/3 cup | pasta water |
chopped cucumber, peanuts, and cilantro for garnish |

Crumble sausage links in a skillet over medium heat; sauté 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Add the egg noodles to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, or according to package. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, strain and set aside.

Whisk peanut butter, chili oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pasta water in a large bowl. The sauce may look thin but it thickens when tossed with the hot noodles.

Pour 1/4 cup of sauce over the warm sausage; mix to combine. Add cooked noodles to remaining sauce, mixing well to combine.
