1 (10 oz) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Bake biscuits according to package directions.
Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a large skillet. Add onion; cook over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink; stirring frequently. Pour off drippings.
Add flour to sausage mixture; cook 1 minute.
Add milk, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Split warm biscuits in half horizontally; place on serving plates. Spoon sausage gravy over biscuits and serve.
