POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 years Human Resources administrative experience.  Strong communication, organizational and technology skills.  Solid working knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selecting and retaining employees as well as other HR functional areas. Accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency and professionalism are essential. Consciousness of responsibility and professional integrity while translating is paramount. POSITION SUMMARY: 

Responsible for managing the bargaining unit full life-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing through onboarding while.  Performs new employee orientation for all employees keeping material current and relevant in both English and Spanish.  Conducts and analyzes stay interviews as well as exit interviews.  Participate in the organization and implementation of all company recreational events.  Maintain cooperative relationship with Union employees and retain a thorough understanding of the Labor Agreement.  Act as backup for the other HR positions.  Work on other HR functions and special projects, as assigned.   

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position Summary:

The Regulatory Affairs Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of all aspects of the HACCP plans, including following proper protocols for HACCP changes, verification and validation activities.  Performs daily pre-shipment review of production paperwork to insure compliance of finished products.  In addition this position will oversee and maintain the SSOP regulatory review and implementation of changes per proper protocols. This position will lead quarterly audits of prerequisite programs and reporting of deficiencies found. Lastly this position will obtain USDA label approvals, maintain label approval databases, and perform label reviews accurately. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of all aspects of the HACCP plans
  • SSOP regulatory review and maintaining

Position Summary:

This position will ensure stable delivery of IT resources and services to business users. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all on-premises and cloud based IT network hardware, software, and communication links.  Will design, build, and implement cloud and network systems to include supporting Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, Fibre Channel SAN, wireless networking, firewalls, remote access, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office365, Windows endpoints, Windows systems, SQL Server and line of business applications.  Will analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions.  Will monitor and respond to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems, troubleshoot application, system and network performance issues.  Will perform a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, integrate, implement, maintain, monitor and support all hardware, software, communication links and budgets in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement to company efficiency, accuracy, cost and liability.
  • Work directly with department managers and system users to identify current issues, prepare and document plans to remedy the issues, and coordinate/participate in the implementation of the plans.
  • Interface with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation when needed.
  • Document configurations and work performed using systems, tools, and conventions consistent with the organization. Compile records and reports concerning network performance, operations and maintenance.
  • Accept special projects willingly and complete in a timely manner.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related degree) plus 5 years’ experience
  • Experience supporting a process manufacturing environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Cross-trained in all positions in the laboratory in order to provide coverage, as needed.
  • Primary internal trainer for Laboratory Methods and SOP’s
  • Maintains training verification program

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise activities of personnel and determine work assignments
  • Administer company polices, work rules, and labor contract in a fair and consistent manner
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with HACCP regulations, quality inspections and USDA guidelines
  • Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure safe operations are met
  • Ensure availability ofmaterials based on projected requirements
