Keep turkey bacon refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.

preparation instructions
Place turkey bacon in skillet as a single layer.  Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes, turning half way through.  Cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
Preheat oven to 350°F.  Place turkey bacon on a baking sheet as a single layer, bake for 11 to 13 minutes.  Cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
