Directions

  1. For the Bacon Infused Vodka:

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line baking tray with aluminum foil and place bacon on tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked but not very crispy.

  2. Place bacon and bacon fat into large mason jar; pour in vodka. Screw lid on tight and place in fridge to infuse for at least 5 days before using.

  3. For the Bloody Mary Mix:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend well.

  4. For the Bloody Mary:

Fill two glasses with ice. Pour 2 ounces vodka and 4-6 ounces Bloody Mary mix into each glass. Stir well; add lime juice to taste.

  5. For the Waffle Grilled Cheese Topper:

    Heat your oven to 350˚F.

  6. Place waffles on baking tray. Place half slice of cheese on each waffle. Place 2 slices of Canadian Bacon on two waffles; top each with another half slice of cheese.
