1/2 teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
1/2 teaspoon | Cumin |
1/8 teaspoon | Dried Dill |
1/4 teaspoon | Dried Oregano |
1 | Chipotle in Adobo (seeds removed for less heat), minced |

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Set aside to cool completely.

For the Chipotle Ranch:
In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.

To Assemble the Tacos:
Place 2 slices of bacon down the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, then drizzle the chipotle ranch over the top.
