Brunch Ideas for Breakfast Sausage
These gluten free breakfast tostadas take protein-packed Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Sausage and smother corn tortillas with cheese, eggs, black beans and avocado.
Refried black beans
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tortillas and sausage on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread a 1/4 cup refried bean on each tortilla; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
While the tostadas and sausage are cooking, cook eggs to your liking.
