This came out absolutely delicious. I served it over yellow rice to add another dimension. The textures and the flavors were perfect. Cooking the shrimp separate and adding it at the end is a must. My husband LOVED it! It's a great, healthy alternative that doesn't feel restrictive and doesn't take long to prepare.
This is absolutely delicious, I used turkey sausage and cooked up kinda of like hamburger instead of links. I cook shrimp last in separate pan because it only take 4 min total to cook. I added baby Bella mushrooms chopped up. I cooked the turkey sausage with onion first and drain some of the juice off and then I chopped up the vegetables and added into the turkey sauce mix. I kept on low heat so as to not overcook the vegetables while I sautéed the shrimp then I pour the shrimp into the mix and o a few minutes longer on low heat and it was perfect. . Very filling, healthy and tasty meal. I will cook this recipe again.
