Ditch the crust and bake your favorite pizza toppings in a single-serving bowl. Low carb and gluten free, it’s a great way to shake up pizza night.


ingredients
2-3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (5-7 oz) packages Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Breakfast Sausage Patties, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups prepared marinara sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Heat large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes or until softened. Add chopped Jones sausage patties and marinara sauce. Cook until heated throughout. Set aside.

Place four 8 ounce ramekins on a baking sheet. Coat ramekins with non-stick spray. Divide sausage, veggie and marinara mixture between ramekins. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.

Place baking sheet with ramekins on bottom rack of oven and bake for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for about 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.

Serving suggestion: garlic breadsticks and a side salad.
