Low Carb Eats and Sugar Free Treats
This simple and delicious one pan meal is made even easier with our fully cooked chicken meatballs.
This recipe is made with Antibiotic Free Chicken Meatballs.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with olive oil; toss the bell peppers and onions with the juice of one lime. Bake for 20 minutes.
Add meatballs to pan and bake for 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven; add taco seasoning, garlic powder and taco sauce. Toss to coat and bake an additional 5 mins. Cool, garnish with Cilantro and serve with your favorite Fajita fixings.

This was a hit with my family. I added sliced zucchini sticks for more vegetables, and because I only had 2 large peppers. I made 4 servings instead of 5 (3 people in my family & enough leftover for my work lunch the next day). Yes, I'll make this again.
