Olive oil or melted butter

1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla extract

Frozen blueberries

1 package

Jones Golden Brown sausages of your choice


  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, melted butter, salt and vanilla in a large bowl. Fold in blueberries.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter to pan.

  3. Add 1/4 cup batter to the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping as needed to finish the pancakes.

  4. Remove from heat and top with additional berries, butter, and syrup! Serve alongside Jones Golden Brown Breakfast Sausage.
