Rosemary Garlic Crusted Ham
The Ham Recipe for People Who Don’t Want a Sweet Glaze

Fresh rosemary, crushed garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper get whisked together and pressed all over a Jones Dairy Farm Uncured Heritage Half Ham before roasting covered at 350°F in a water bath for up to 2 hours. This gluten free herb-crusted ham recipe serves 5 to 7 and is the right choice for anyone who wants bold, savory flavor without the sweetness of a traditional glaze.
