Next, we dry age our Cherrywood Smoked Gluten-Free Bacon, unlike anyone else. The process takes extra time, but it creates an unbeatable flavor we know you’ll love.


Keep dry aged bacon refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigeration or microwave.

preparation instructions
Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay Cherrywood smoked bacon ​slices on top and cover with another layer of paper towels to prevent spattering.

Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking times to suit your oven and cooking preference.
Fry smoked bacon over medium heat (375°F), turning frequently for 3 to 6 minutes.
Place smoked bacon slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on paper towel.
