Stuffed mushrooms aren't just for the oven. Throw them on the grill in this fast appetizer recipe.

This recipe is made with a Jones All Natural Roll Sausage.

ingredients
8 fresh large white mushrooms or portobella mushrooms, rinsed and drained
1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll
6 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Remove stems from mushrooms.

Prepare sausage according to package directions; drain and crumble.

In a large bowl, mix together prepared sausage and cheese.

Brush mushrooms caps (top and bottom) lightly with olive oil. Heap sausage mixture into mushroom caps.

Place on grill, cover, and grill 5 to 6 minutes.
